I'm writing to apply for the [Role Title] position at [Company Name]. FastAPI is the framework I reach for by default — I've shipped five separate FastAPI-based products to production, each handling real traffic with no sign-up friction for the user.
A good example of how I work is PLS Compress: A no-sign-up toolkit for shrinking images, shrinking PDFs, and merging PDFs — everything processed in memory through a Python backend, nothing stored after the response goes back. The tools I use most day to day are FastAPI, Uvicorn, Pydantic v2, SQLAlchemy (Async), Alembic, JWT (python-jose).
